The Atlona HDBaseT 4 x 4 HDMI Matrix Switcher is a comprehensive signal routing matrix switcher that supports high speed HDMI and uncompressed digital multichannel audio switching and distribution across 4 zones. It supports all types of Digital AV sources with advanced EDID management to ensure compatibility across multiple display types. The Atlona PRO3HD44M features Bi-directional IR and zone specific RS232 routing enabling full control routing to 4 devices. Using HDBaseT technology, the PRO3HD44M supports Power over Ethernet, and can extend lossless HD digital and control signals up to 230 feet (69.7 meters) using a single CAT6a cable. These switchers are compatible with Atlona’s AT-PRO3HDREC, and AT-HDRX receivers.

Multiroom Signal Distribution

The PRO3HD44M utilizes HDBaseT technology to extend audio/visual experience up to 230 feet (69.7 meters). The PRO3HD44M streamlines multiroom signal distribution, combining Power, uncompressed audio and video with IR, RS-232 pathways into a Category 5e/6/7 cable run (CAT6a recommended).

Bidirectional Control

The PRO3HD44M is fully controllable through its intuitive front panel allowing direct manual control of all of the switcher’s functions. The series also boasts a front panel lockout function to prevent accidental tampering and are controllable using serial commands through 3rd party systems using its rs232 interface. The PRO3HD44M also extends control infrastructure supporting both bi directional IR, and zone specific RS232 command routing.

Built in EDID compatibility

The PRO3HD44M ensures compatibility with displays and manages EDID communication between sources and displays. The PRO3HD44M automatically provides a compatible EDID table at start up, and features an EDID learning function that can be customized for any application

Redundant Power Supply

The PRO3HD44M matrix series provides an additional redundant AC power supply for added power reliability. In the event that power is cut off to the main power supply, the secondary supply automatically engages providing continuous power to the unit.
